01Who is responsible for this site

muhengenius.com is operated under the name Muhengenius. This page does not publish a personal name, email address, phone number, postal address, or country.

For KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), the data controller is the operator of this site. The operator's own name, email address, phone number, postal address, and country are not published. A message can be sent through the contact form.

02What this site currently collects

As of this version, the only personal data this site asks for is what someone types into the contact form:

The contact form asks for a name, an email address, and a message. Those are used only to read and reply to that message. They are not saved in a database on this site. The operator's own contact details are not published.
No analytics, tracking pixels, or monitoring scripts are implemented anywhere on the site.
No first-party cookies are set by this site.
The hidden listening area (an unlisted, route-less audio page referenced nowhere in navigation) does not use analytics or event tracking — this is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight.

03The one real third-party data flow: web fonts

This site loads two typefaces (Instrument Serif, Inter Tight) directly from Google Fonts' servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font this way causes your browser to make a direct request to Google, which means your IP address and standard request metadata (browser, approximate location inferred from IP) are visible to Google as the operator of that server — the same way they would be for any third-party resource a page loads. Muhengenius does not receive, see, or store this information; it passes between your browser and Google directly.

This is the only third-party request this site currently makes.

04Cookies

None are set by this site. If that changes — for example, if analytics is added under Post-Launch Backlog item 5 — this section will name the exact cookies, their purpose, and their duration before they are ever set, and consent will be requested where required.

05Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, and in line with the same rights recognised by the EU's GDPR (Articles 15–22), you can ask to:

learn whether your personal data is being processed, and be informed if it is;
learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used consistently with that purpose;
know which third parties data is transferred to, domestically or abroad;
request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
request deletion or destruction of data, where the legal grounds for processing it have lapsed;
object to a conclusion reached solely through automated analysis of your data;
claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Because the contact form does not keep a copy on this site, there is presently no stored file to request access to, correct, or delete. A message that was delivered exists only in the operator's mailbox.

Scope note. This site does not specifically target visitors in the EU/EEA, offer goods or services to them, or monitor their behaviour — the conditions under which GDPR would apply extraterritorially (Article 3(2)). The GDPR-aligned language above is included as a matter of good practice and consistency, not as an assertion that GDPR governs this site.

06VERBİS

KVKK's Veri Sorumluları Sicili (VERBİS) registration requirement generally does not apply to a data controller with fewer than 50 employees and an annual balance sheet under 100 million TRY, unless they process special-category personal data. The operator of this site has no employees. The contact form handles ordinary contact details only, not special-category data, so the site is not currently registered in VERBİS on that basis.
